On Wednesday night, January 13th, we will be tapping Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout, Bourbon County Barley Wine, and Bourbon County Regal Rye, which is a variant aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels with blackberries, Luxardo candied cherries, fresh sour cherries, and sea salt! We will be offering the three beers in a flight format, individual pours, and we have designed a special dessert pairing for the Regal Rye:
Chocolate Malted Milk Cake with miso caramel, luxardo cherries, and whipped creme fraiche.
We'll also have the refreshing Sofie on draught to cleanse your palate in between beers. The fun starts at 6pm so we will see you then!
