Hopfields is a French brasserie and bar in Austin on Guadalupe St. The kitchen has been cooking the famed Pascal Burger, steak tartare, escargot, moules frites and steak frites from scratch since 2011, and the full menu is served until midnight every night. The bar pours 38 rotating craft beers on draft, a mostly French wine list with 16 by the glass, house cocktails and zero-proof drinks.
